Outcrop

Outcrop consists of 9 accordion booklets contained in a custom slip case. Each booklet unfolds to create a single image when installed side-by-side on a wall, creating a 9x7 foot installation. The image of a large rock face is printed on lightweight Japanese paper that delicately moves as the viewer approaches, commenting on weight of earth, and lightness of air.
